Cancellation Policy

[Rental Space Terms and Conditions] (Royce Gracie Academy Tokyo) These terms and conditions govern the use of the rental space (hereinafter referred to as "the Space") provided by Royce Gracie Academy Tokyo (operated by Max & Brothers Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users agree to these terms and conditions before using the Space. Article 1 (Purpose of Use) The Space may only be used for the following purposes: Indoor sports training Martial arts/combat sports practice Personal training, fitness instruction Seminars and workshops (sports-related) *Regardless of whether it is for profit or non-profit, use is permitted only after declaring the purpose in advance and obtaining the Company's approval. Article 2 (Application and Contract) Those wishing to use the Space should apply for a reservation using the Company's designated application form or email. The usage contract will be concluded when the Company accepts the reservation. Depending on the content of use, a prior screening or interview may be conducted. Article 3 (Usage Fees and Payment) Usage fees are based on the price list provided on our website or separately. Payment is generally required in advance (credit card payment or bank transfer to a designated account). Article 4 (Usage Time) Usage time is limited to the time specified at the time of booking confirmation. Usage time includes preparation and cleanup time. If the time is exceeded, an additional extension fee will be charged. Article 5 (Notes on Use) Please be mindful of safety and conduct appropriate sports and training activities within this space. To protect the mat space, contact between metal, plastic, and other hard objects and the mats is prohibited. Only bare feet or soft footwear (indoor shoes, etc.) are permitted. You may bring in beverages, but please be sure to take all recyclable waste, such as plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles, with you. If waste is left in the facility, a disposal fee of **1,000 yen (tax included)** per item will be charged. After use, please tidy up the equipment and facilities and perform a basic cleaning. If litter is left behind, or if facilities or equipment are damaged or soiled, you may be charged for the actual costs incurred for repairs, cleaning, etc. Article 6 (Prohibited Actions) The following actions are prohibited: Dangerous or violent behavior Actions involving excessive noise or vibration (please be considerate of those around the facility)
