Information to be included on the membership application form
After attending the initial free consultation, those who wish to participate in a trial lesson or become members will be asked to fill out a membership application form (which also serves as a visitor usage agreement and waiver of liability in case of accidents, etc.). This will be handled through messaging. After that, you will pay the various fees through this website.
*If you fill out and bring the membership application form (which also serves as a visitor agreement) when you participate in the trial lesson, the registration process will be much simpler.
(For those under 18, a parent or guardian's signature is also required in addition to the applicant's signature.)

Regarding the procedure for taking a leave of absence
You can use the service for a maximum of two months, in one-month increments, within the one-year period immediately preceding your membership contract.
You can suspend your membership for a monthly fee of ¥3,300. (Even during the suspension period, you can participate in one class per month according to your membership level immediately before the suspension.) After two months, your membership will automatically be reactivated with the level it was at before the suspension.
To apply for either temporary suspension or withdrawal, you must submit your application by email or by mail (must arrive by the deadline) at least 30 days before the month in which you wish to begin. For example, if you apply for withdrawal by email at 11:59 PM on December 31st, your last payment will be for January. However, if you apply for withdrawal by email at 12:00 AM on January 1st, your last payment will be for February.
