This is a reliable accident insurance and liability insurance provided by the Japan Sports Safety Association.

Valid from April 2024 to the end of March 2025. Automatic renewal for the following year.
When applying, you will need your last name and first name in accurate Japanese (katakana is acceptable for foreign nationals), and your age as of April 1, 2025.
Purchases made by March 30, 2024 will be effective from April 1st. Purchases made after that date will take 1-2 weeks to complete, and you will not be covered during the period until you receive notification of completion from us.

When you turn 18 and your age category changes, you will need to cancel your current ticket at the end of March and purchase a new one under the adult category.
