Sports safety insurance participation fee

This is a reliable accident insurance and liability insurance provided by the Japan Sports Safety Association.

This will be available for purchase by all membership holders starting in April 2024.

The insurance also covers compensation for damages such as outpatient and inpatient treatment due to unforeseen injuries, and damage to facilities and equipment (for details, see https://www.sportsanzen.org/hoken/index.html).

Valid from April 1, 2025 to the end of March 2026. Automatic renewal for the following year.

When applying,
- Surname and given name in the exact same Japanese spelling as on your Japanese-issued identification card (for foreign nationals, katakana is acceptable).
and

- Your age as of April 1, 2025 is required.

Purchases made by March 30, 2025 will be effective from April 1st. Purchases made after that date will take 1-2 weeks to complete, and you will not be covered during the period until you receive notification of completion from us.
